Hyde Heath Village Society would like to make a request for volunteers to help, in particular with the HS2 working party, which is currently the most critical issue affecting our village.
All offers of help are welcome, from an offer of occasional ad-hoc assistance, to joining a working party.
It can simply be an general offer to help, such as:
- delivery of flyers.
- proof reading letters and other communication.
- help with occasional environmental tasks, such as strimming at the Keepers Lane/Weedon Hill junction, or repairing grass verges.
- help organising events such as the litter pick.
- being on a list of volunteers, to assist with ad-hoc tasks.
